My name is Patrick Croke, I am an Independent Energy Assessor, qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). I studied with NHER and gained accreditation to the NHER Scheme for Domestic Energy Assessors. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment awarded by ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment). Independent Assessors provide a personal service at competitive prices. They have less overheads, and you pay no commission to a third party. Independent Assessors build relationships with local businesses, working to their mutual advantage. I offer my service to Solicitors, Estate Agents, HIP Providers, along with home owners wishing to sell their own property.
